Due to COVID-19, the SEC has mandated that there will be no camps through July 31. An email has been sent out with detailed instructions on how we are handling camp registrations for this summer. The email is also below.
Parents and Participants,
We hope each of you and your families are well and staying safe during this time. Our hope was to offer modified camps this summer. The SEC has mandated that there are to be no camps through July 31 so this will no longer be the case.
We will issue full credits (valid for our ID camp in August or a summer camp in 2021) to each account, unless we receive a written request for a refund, for each participant registered for Spring ID and Summer 2020 camps. Please see below for instruction on this process and additional important information.
Refunds - If you would like to request a refund:
If you are a participant registered for our Spring ID Camp we will be holding two Fall ID camps, August 1 & August 16. These will both be one day camps. We hope to see you at one of these dates. If you are currently signed up for our two day Spring ID camp and choose to participate in one of our new August dates we will refund you half of your registration fee. If you would like to participate in both dates we can split your registration fee. For a refund please follow the above instructions.
We should have all updated information, including camp dates for 2021, up on our website by April 8 .
Please let us know if you have any questions and we hope to see you at our upcoming Fall ID camps or Summer 2021 camps.

- Please place “Camp Refund” in the subject line.
- Please include the participants name and which camp they were registered for.
- If you paid by check, please include mailing address for check refund.
- If you paid by credit card, a refund will go back to the credit card you paid with; the process is not automatic and will take 3-5 business days to show up on your account.
